Tucked behind the tiny rural hamlet of Charcott, surrounded by woods and open fields, this 19th century farmhouse now forms part of the current farm homestead.
Rooms are twin-bedded, comforatblty furnished with antiques and tea and coffee-making facilites. Additonally, guests have a small sitting room with colour TV and WIFI is available.
Breakfast, with homemade bread, marmlade and jam plus eggs from our free range hens, are served communally with menus and timings to suit individual requirements.
An ideal base for exploring Chiddingstone, Hever, Penshurst, Knole Park and Tunbridge Wells, with Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst also within reach.
A 5 minute stroll down the drive takes you to The Greyhound pub serving excellent and reasonably priced evening meals.
Penshurst Station with trains to London Bridge and Tonbridge are a 15 minute walk.
